Thrive Saturday by Eating Academy – Date TBC!

Eating Academy’s vision is to educate and empower willing people to live pure, unadulterated, total wellness so they can move through time graciously. To empower people with the knowledge to practice and improve their physical wellness.

At THRIVE Saturday we equip you with the knowledge so that you can make your own lifestyle upgrade. A practical day learning how to use nutrition and fitness to upgrade your life under the expert guidance of a qualified food scientist and fitness instructor.

Refreshments will be provided throughout the day & lunch is included.

Agenda:

8:30am ~ 9am: Arrival, tea & coffee

9:00am ~ 10am: Boxing For Fitness Class – We will begin the day by Energizing you up ready for a morning of engagement & learning

10am ~ 11am: Welcome session with Breakfast.

11am ~ 1:30pm: Whats in our food? Eating for health and Eating Academy Snack School

1:30pm ~ 2:30pm: Lunch

2:30pm – 3:30pm: Fundamentals of Exercise

3:30pm ~ 4:30pm S T R E T C H – We will end the day by loosening you up ready for a stress-free journey home

4:30pm Depart

This is a jam-packed day and we can wait for this to be a walk we take together.

Following THRIVE Saturday you will be able to:

• Understand how food can impact your health

• Feel confident about making healthier food choices

• Make nutritionally balanced snacks and appreciate the difference between homemade & mass produced products

• Create a basic exercise plan based on your goals

• Safely perform a range of exercises using simple equipment

Is this course for you?
This course is for anyone who would like to learn more about nutrition and exercise and how to fit them in to their busy day. You are encouraged to exercise at your own pace and activities can be adapted to suit your needs. You’re welcome whatever your knowledge of nutrition or fitness level.
